Exporting Equipment designed in AutoCAD 3D Plant to AutoCAD MEP

I was trying all of  possibilities  to do that : as ablock, as IGES and trying to copy and paste it in to MEP-Drawing. No way... Maybe I am doing something wrong. Could someone help me? In MEP you can't design easily for example Tanks...

You will have to explode the equipment to use it in other applications.

You must have the drawing open in the project context - open through the project manager. Then you can explode. To export to igs or other, you will need to explode multiple times until all resulting objects are 3dSolids.
