Exisiting STUB-END for lap flange being pick up in the BOM

I have two question for lap joint.

1. I got a exisiting lap joint connection, which already set as exisitng in the model, but the stub end (but no lap flange) still shown and be picked up on ISO.

2. When I have a lap joint directily connect to the tee, there have no connection between them....

Due to the hurry work schedul, I modified the ISO manually, but still hope there will have a solution for my future project.

Just because you changed the flange to Existing does not mean the Stub-End got updated. If I'm correct the Stub-end is being defined as a fastener in which case you will need to hold down the CTRL key and select the Stub-End to change it to existing.
