We like our dummy legs to have a length equals"L=X'-X" and a "DIA=X" NEXT TO THEM ON THE PIPING ISOMETRIC.

My initial response is...You can attach a message node to the dummyleg support and type the length and diameter manually.

Thinking about this from a customization stand point, it may be possible by creating a custom tag for dummylegs through the class definitions.
