Custom component showing up skewed & wrong size on iso

I have created a custom component as a test, basically just a hollow cylinder, assigned a single insertion port & added it to my catalogue & spec with a threaded end type. When I run an iso it comes out skewed 5 degrees horizontal with an overall length of 500 (when in reality is is NOT skewed, and only 90 long).

Any thoughts?

You need to make sure the iso block that is being assigned is defined correctly.  I'd recommend copying a 'Cap' or 'BlindFlange' iso block  (or any other single port block) and do a 'Save-As' to create a new iso block for your component.  Be sure to map it correctly and it should work.

Worked like a charm! Thanks so much for the solution & direction. You have saved me a great deal of frustration.
