Custom Valve causes disconnected ONLY in iso?

I've created a custom valve and it appears to work fine within P3D 2014, but for some reason the generated iso is disconnected at the valve.

The valve is a 4-port gauge valve by Anderson Greenwood.  It inserts just fine into an orifice flange and I am able to add plugs to the other 3-ports within the model with no disconnects.  When the iso is generated, it disconnects the plugs at ports 3 & 4 and creates a separate iso sheets while warning of errors.

I've attached some images in a pdf and zipped up the PCF file.

Any help or clues would be appreciated.

By the way, in the PCF file the valve is ITEM-CODE A1-10001, with a SKEY of VG4SC.

The errors warnings you mention, are they pop-up messages you could take a screen shot of and provide here?

Could this have anything to do with your Small Bore Piping theme settings? Maybe look at that.

Or I wonder if it has to do with your custom valve not being attached to the line but being attached to another part (flange). Maybe it could work to combine the gauge valve with the flange as one conglomerate part and iso symbol(?)
