Creating walk through video from plant 3D file

I am working with a project and looking for a solution to create a walk through video from the plant 3D files, could you please advise if the software has a build in function to create video?

You can do from Navisworks.

When I open file in Navisworks I only see 2d reference lines?

You will need to install the Plant 3D object enabler for your version of Navisworks.
