Creating Ortho Views Structural members shift

When I create a ortho view of a skid. The structural members shift to approx. the distance of the shear center location in the Manual of Steel Construction.

 

Is there a setting I am missing?

There was a bug with the structural components that has been corrected. I think it was corrected in 2014, but I'm not sure. What version are you using?
