Blind Flange mating error

How do I connect a blind flange to a stub end with a lap joint flange?  I have attached an image that shows the error I receive when trying to connect them now.

this case should be working fine, you can try the default spec 10HC01 to place a flange from DIN 2642 and place a blind flange to the flange.

you can check if the lap flange and blind flange in your spec get the same pressure class, facing and end type. these three properties need be the same for both when connecting.

Agreed, take note of the end conditions of the first joint and then make sure the blind has the same, otherwise they won't connect, by default.
