Blank Data Manger

Hi , We have received our Plant Design Suite Ultimate 2013. I installed it alongside Plant Design Suite Ultimate 2012. When I tried using the Data Manager to display all information so that I could export it to excel, I noticed that it was blank. I then tried the Report function and again it remained blank. When I tried editing the project I receive a Just In Time (JIT) Error Could anyone advise. Regards

As told in the separate service request the solution is here to install Arial regular font from the Windows-DVD.
