AutoCAD Plant 3D clash check without Navisworks

Dear all,

It's possible to chash check my modes in AutoCAD Plant 3D? Could you give me any solutions?

There is no clash checking functionality inside Plant3D

How reliable this clash detection is ?, anyone tried this before?, or any Autocad based Plant 3d software using the above software ?
