AutoCAD Plant 3D 2014 Extension 2 posted on Subscription Center

Log into the Subscription Center to download the extension:

Autodesk® AutoCAD® Plant 3D 2014 Extension 2 is an extension to AutoCAD Plant 3D 2014 that adds the following functionality:

• Fixed Length Pipe modeling
• Revised modeling for stub ins with correct cut lengths
• Revised P&ID assign tag dialog
• Improved performance for P&ID Off Page connectors

In addition, there have been numerous improvements to isometric generation:

• Annotation and dimensioning optimization 
• Improved drawing splitting
• Fixed length Pipe graphics and BOM improvements
• PCF Export enhanced to support custom end types
• Numerous minor bug fixes
• Ortho BOM no longer counts components marked with Existing status
• Report Creator and Data Manager sort P&ID pipe sizes correctly

We have also addressed minor bug fixes not related to isometrics.

Hello,

I have a case opened at Autodesk Support since mid-december (!) for that kind of matter : it seems that extension 2 isn't really installed but it says it's installed (when I launch again extension 2 installer). Really strange... but still nothing interesting from Autodesk Support.

Peter,

I don't know if Extension 2 will install when SP1 is installed. I suspect it won't. If you are on subscription, you will get the benefits of SP1 by installing Extension 2. If you are not on subscription, install SP1.

I have problems after extension 2. When I try to modify my tank nozzle it tries only to make pipe to the nozzle. Ihave to use my other computer yo make changes to nozzles.

Other problem has occur when try use Steel settings It doesn show any settings. I have copy Steel from other drawing and change Steel profile from properties
is there any ideaa how to fix This?
