Application Error-2015 Plant 3D on startup

Seems I've got bigger issues with 2015 now.  I can't start my program now.  I've un-installed all of my Plant 3D Ultimate Suite and re-ran the install and have the same issues... AutoCAD, Plant-3D, Raster... will not start.  Anything associated with the acad.exe.  I downloaded the install files from the my Autodesk subscription.

 

Any ideas??

Try googling for the exact error message, including the address (0xc000142) . There are a bunch of references. I don't know if any of them are helpful, but take a look.

The error "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000142)" is a known issue with  AutoCAD 2015 based products launch time.
