ABS, PVC pipe Spec issue

I created a Spec for ABS, and the other spec for PVC pipes, both of them as stub flange in the spec, but when I open the palette, it doesn't appear in the palette at all. and I can't drag it out from the spec viewer, What I have done wrong?

If you don't describe better all steps is dificult to know where did you wrong... Which release of Plant3D do you use? Did you delete the old pallete?

Did it. It doesn't appear in palette at all. Also, even you can see it in the spec viewer, when click on it, the button of "insert in model" is grey out as well. This behavior is not happen to other component in the same spec. I don't understand.

This component how has been created? (from parametric Spec editor component or from custom block)

Its a existing component in inside the catalog... it's a Australian content pack, by the way. I might only do some size modification. Not a custom part.

It's strange, can you attach your spec to prove it?
