Is it still not possible to create a new customized member profile? Have any one try to maange the .acat file with an SQL editor in order to add new items there?

Unfortunately, changing the Structural.acat is not possible for the end user.
There is a developer tool (P3DToolkit) this allows the profiles to expand in the Structural.acat.
