in my project I want to use parts from a metric pipe spec and flanges from a imperial pipe spec, but that does not work.

I always get an error message and an open connection (with two drops).

Which parameters are checked by plant-3D for comparing the connection of two parts?

In the Joint Settings, have you got the option enabled for Imperial-Metric connections?
