logo gets disapper when i will close the dwg. and open it again

I have insert one logo in auto cad 2008 dwg. and the moment when i close the dwg. and open again that logo gets dissapper.

I have done the same procedure but when i close the file and open again...that logo gets disappear...then gain i have to do the same procedure
