The messages below have been displayed by autocadP&ID, after i had save the file and also when i try to link two off page connector.

1.   PnP Completion Status. Failed To Accept Changed Some Kind of Disk I/o error occured disk I/O error!!!

2.   PnP Completion Status. Failed To Reject Changed PnP Completion Status. Failed To Accept Changed Unable to OPen the Database file unable to open database file!!!

if someone know how to resolve this problem, give solution please. thanks

Does it still do it if you close and restart the project?

Yes,

and i have got a new message.

Pnp Completion  Status. Failed To Accept Changed.

Abort due to constrain violation.

PRIMARY KEY must be Unique.

This message has been appeared after a link of, Off page connector.

Note that Off page connector works. see attachment.

Have you tried to audit the project yet? Errors?

Worse comes to worse you can create a new project and copy all the drawings from the old project into the new one, that has worked for me a couple of times.
