    Wrong Substitution Palette

We are using AutoCAD P&ID 2011 and are experiencing differences with the substitute palette on the Control Valves.  The palette should display other valve bodies, but inline instruments are showing up instead.  The drawing was done by another user and when I open it and go to the CV he placed, the substitute palette I get is inline instruments (same as the other user).  What’s strange is, if I place a new CV I get the correct valve body substitute palette.  If I close and reopen the drawing, I still get the correct substitute palette. However, when the drawing is opened by the other user, he gets the inline instrument substitute palette and once he opens the drawing, when I reopen it I also get the inline instrument substitute palette.  I have deleted the SubstitutionPalettes.xml and have done a reload on ProcessPower.dcfx, but neither has solved the issue.  Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I have the same problem. But one of my drawing (out of 17) doesn't do that for whatever the reason. I didn't do anything different. Really looking for a solution. This is cost a lot of time. I am using Plant 3D 2012.
