What does this message mean when trying to classify an AutoCAD symbol is a P&ID actuator?

"Unable to find the style Actuators Style in the symbol cache."
    Please use plain text.

The symbol cache is the projectSymbolStyle.dwg found in your project
directory. We use this file to manage the content available to all the
project drawings. For example, if you modify a graphical style via the
Project Manager UI, we update the projectSymbolStyle.dwg and update the
    timestamp stored inside it.

Project drawings are then synchronized to the projectSymbolStyle.dwg when
they are opened. If the drawing is already opened in the editor when you
leave the project manager, then it is synchronized immediately.

What are the steps to reproduce that error?
