P&ID Title block disappeare

I was chugging along making a P&ID when I noticed the entire title block had disappeared. I think it is happening when i'm connecting off page connectors. I've looked and looked and can't figure out how to get it back. Please help.

Sure you're not working in Model Space and the Title Block is in Paper Space?

It is certainly possible. If so I can't figure out how to change it back.
