Is it possible? What issues will I need to address after opening a Cadworx file in AutoCAD P&ID?

Check for ARX errors and report them when found - there could be conflicts.

I am not familiar with Cadworx. However, AutoCAD P&ID will be able to open
any DWG file that vanilla AutoCAD can open.
