I figured this would be something very simple, but apparently I'm missing something here, and am looking for a little better explanation than what's given in the "Help". I've followed those instructions step for step, and still puts the connector in the wrong orientation ie...("From" in place of "To" and vice versa). Is there a way either through properties or the data/project manager to specify "From" & "To" or a way to rotate the connectors so that the flow directions match?
Also, is there a training book/manual/etc...that I can buy to learn a more indepth version than the "getting started" manual?

The connectors should be set up to match your line flow. Have you tried checking your line direction? If you do SLEDIT there is a reverse prompt that will highlight your line flow arrows inside the command to make sure they are going the correct direction.
