Just Installed P&ID 2011 - Can't get Project Manager to undock

How do I get the project manager to undock in P&ID 2011. I try to grab on to it like I've done in the previous 2009 and 2010 installations but it won't move. I want to free up as much screen real estate as I can for the drawing and usually have it on the right side of the right monitor.

It sounds like your toolbar and window positions are locked. Try clicking the padlock icon down in the lower right-hand corner of the program window to unlock:
