Is there a way to generate graphics from a database?  I would like to define equipment symbols and then define their relative locations in a database and also define lines connecting them in the database.  Then automatically generate a drawing from that data.

If so, is there a description of such a process somewhere?

I dont think there is a way to do what you are asking for right now.  We are looking at potentitally adding some functionality to our API that will allow others to build such a utility.  Would you be interested in providing us some additional information in this area?  We would love to hear your thoughts.  Send me a note at pat dot j @autodesk.com.  Thanks.

I'd love to use these API. If there detailed document about it? There are only two very simple chm files with very little sample codes. Thx
