Autogenerate loop numbers based on area

Is there a way to autogenerate the loop number based on the area?  The scenerio is this.  We have a

plant with multiple areas and would like loop numbers to restart when I change areas.  Tags would look

    like 100-FE-001 for a 100 area and 200-FE-001 for a 200 area.

You can assign a drawing property and refrence that within the tag.  If you have multiple areas per drawing it will become much harder, but not impossible.  If you are already creating area breaks like spec breaks, then a line property can be had with an aquisition from the line itself.  It would help greatly to know if you plan on having more than one area per drawing or not.
