Problem when creating new symbol in AutoCAD P&ID 2014

Hi all!

when ever I create new symbol in existing project, project becomes unreadable to nay other user. we are working with AutoCAD P&ID 2014 with SQL Express database. project should be accessible to several designers. when someone creates new symbol in the project, saves everything and closes the project and then someone else tries to open that same project it crashes the AutoCAD.

project becomes unaccessibe to all except for the designer that created that symbol (you can open theat project only from his computer).

I presume that I'm doing something wrong when I'm creating new symbols but I don't know what.

Any ideas?

Run this to clear the cache. Normally it works for me.

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2014\PLNT3D\PnPLocalDataCachePurger.exe

(The link is for Plant 3D, for P&ID try to search for PnPLocalDataCachePurger.exe in AutoCAD 2014 directory)
