How do I change actuator positions on a control valve from solenoid (default in P&ID PIP) to air actuated?  Also, how do I change the valve type from a ball valve to globe valve if I needed to?  Thank you for your help!

If you select the Contol Valve you should be able to see two substitution grips that will bring up a substitution palette for changing the Valve Body and the Actuator. Here is the link to the help file that explains this in more detail.
