AutoCAD Mechanical

We have both Autocad and Mech in 2010.  Whenever we try to print, save, open a file, or pretty much any command other than drawing tools, the program locks up and shows (not responding)  I thought maybe there may be a service pack from windows that may be crossing the wires here, but I dont know.  Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1) update both AutoCAD & AutoCAD Mechanical to latest Service Packs.

2) Not sure why your drawings being lock-up or slow in responsing to certain commands, this might due to excessive annotation scalelist in the drawing.
