AutoCAD Mechanical

The current dim style in AutoCAD Mechanical 2012 is frequently changing to "AM_ANSI" on its own for no apparent reason whatsoever.

Sometimes it does this on a fresh startup, other times it will do it in the middle of my typical drawing routine.  There seems to be no particular commands or actions that cause it to do this.  On some days the current dim style will change once or twice, while on other days I'm dealing with it almost hourly.

Any ideas on how to get AutoCAD Mechanical 2012 to stop doing this would be appreciated.
