tool palette will change the width (became wider)when open a file at first time

fix a tool palette at the left of the drawing area, when the AutoCAD Mechanical is new load, and the tool pallette will became large with first time open a file, but it's didn't change anymore in the next open/create file.

AutoCAD is working well without this problem.

Thanks, Michael. it's AutoCAD Mechanical 2012.

Pls get the attachment, the original.png is my default size. and the wider is change to wider. the zip file is the record video.

We had test it for new installation on a fresh system, it's correct. it's cause by multi-version AutoCAD installed? I had AutoCAD 2008/2010/2012/2013 installed. we are ADN, have to install so many versions.
