tolerance issue

since going to mech 2013 an issue has popped up when adding a tolerance

the normal dim will have a fraction as primary and 3 place decimal as seconday

91 1/2"

91.471"

when i apply a tolerance, i have tried with double click power edit and via ribbon

it will change the 3 place decimal to 91.500, overiding the exact decimal

the text changed vrom <>

to

<>{}{\H0.71x;\C3;\S+1\/16^-0;} {\H1.5x;[}91.500{\H0.71x;\C3;\S+0.063^-0.000;}{\H1.5x;]}

any way to keep the actual dim from being over ridden?
