"ALIGNSPACE" command in Mech 2010?

I notice that "ALIGNSPACE" is not a command in Mech 2010.  I know that it was a part of the Express Tools in plain vanilla.  Is there an equivalent command in Mech 2010?  If not, is there some other process of way of working between Layouts and ModelSpace that achieves the same effect?  Thanks...

***I'm installing Express Tools now...  I didn't know that they were available for Mech 2010, until I saw another post just moments after I submitted this question.  Sorry for the trouble - hopefully this will take care of it...
