error AutoCAD Mechanical 2013 Beam calculation

Hello,

I'm using Autocad Mechanical 2013 and experience problem with the beam calculator:

-draw a profil : ok

-creating moment of inertia table : ok

-placing support : ok

-placing forces : ok

calculating "Moments and Deflexion" -> error : application has stopped working....error report..

-program crashed.

I've installed a SP1..no amelioration.

The same error appears on each computer with Mechanical 2013.

Running into the same problem in Mechanical 2013. Were you ever able to find the cause? We also have several customizations implemented. Thanks

I'm afraid not yet. To much to do with projects. Funny enough, yesterday someone reminds me to solve this issue.

If you need to use the calculation module, reload and activate the original mechanical profil (without any private custom functions, menu....) and you're good to go.
