copy to clipboard failed

when I copy something from one drawing to another drawing, it always shows " copy to clipboard failed.".

Then I close this drawing and open again, copy, it is ok.

why ?

We are getting this too.  Not sure of any pattern yet but several users are getting it randomly.  Close and reopen does seem to fix it.

@Anonymous There is no fix for "randomly": since copy/paste create a temp file in the user's WIndows login temp folder, that folder being too busy/full or a restricted login account that is limiting access to that folder is the common problem.
OR... there was an error message during the "copyclip" phase they missed vs. the "pasteclip" confirmation error message.

But again, "random" has no fix, it just means at that very instant something when wrong for that user. You need to be right there to find out for yourself what that was, if you can.
