can not install service pack of autocad mechanical

Please help me in this case.

I have download the file from this link :

I try to install but I can not. my friend can install

- do you have AutoCAD Mechanical 2011 installed?

- do you have Update 1 installed?

- do you have the correct version of the update (32-bit / 64-bit)?

-I have installed autocad mechanical and it run ok

-I have update the first one before. I try to install it again but have the same message

-the verson is correct 64 bit
