Weld Symbol. Sizes as Fractions. VBA Control

I am using the AutoCAD Mechanical 2012 weld symbols and I am wondering if there is a way to get fractional sizes, length, number. . . etc. values into the weld symbol? 

If this is possible, then I would also be interested if this can be passed into AutoCAD from VBA? 

However, if it is only accessibly manually that is ok too.

Just to specify, I am interested in an actual fraction. Not just two numbers separated by  "/".
Fractions exist for dimensions which allow you to specifiy how you would like it to be displayed. I'm looking for something like that but for the weld symbol values.
