Title blocks got changed (not by me) and now cannot be edited.

I had not used my AC program for a while, and when I tried to edit a drawing, noticed that everything went well until I came to the title block section of the drawing.  Previously, I could edit the the title blocks.  Now the figures won't even highlight.  I am the only person who uses this library of drawings so I didn't change anything, but it seems all of my drawings now have a different appearance.  What do you think happened?

Hard to tell what might have happened without viewing the differences. There are many possibilities and fixes for the reasons. Can you post an example or elaborate on the difference of appearance?
