Space bar and right mouse click functions

I am having issues with the functions of my space bare and right mouse click. the have both changed from there normal functions to Repeat Last Command function and i need to change them back. I am running Autocad 2009

The settings for right click are under Options > User Preferences, then click the button "Right-Click Customization".

well that fixed the mouse do you know a way to fix the space bar ive lookied at the cui but cant figure out how to change it
