Patchlist Download Error???

I keep getting this error when I use the communication center to see if there are any updates / SP out there. I click on Refresh Content and a little button appears at the top:

Patchlist Download Error.

I click on it and it takes me to this website saying:

Patchlist Download Error
The Live Update patch list is unreadable.

Please restart your application, launch the Communication Center again and click the Refresh Content button. This will download the patch list again.

If your Network Administrator has directed Live Update to a local server, that patch list may be incorrectly formatted.

This is a stand-alone licence, no networking. I have restarted the program and the computer and still nothing??

Any suggestions??
Im runnig Autocad 2006 Mechanical Desktop (version that came with Inventor 10)

Hi,

The standard http and ftp ports used by communication center are 80, 20 and
21. The error message you get indicates that these ports may be blocked; may
be a personal firewall/proxy server setting blocks these ports or redirects
them.
