Match property for layer manager

Hi,

We are having two set of ACAD drawings. One is drawn in Autocad itself from scratch and another is converted from solid works. In our company, we are using hundreds of layer. In the Autocad based drawing, we have lay off/ freeze lot of layers based upon the particular requirement. i want these same layers to be on/off in the solidworks converted drawing. if i go manully and change one by one, it is taking lot of time. Kindly suggest, is it possible to match the properties of layer manager from one drawing to another.

i have found out the answer.

Layer states manager=>import from other drawing=>restore.
