Lines on curved surfaces when plotting

Some designers in my group have a problem when plotting with lines appearing on the surface of tubular members even though the ISOLINES variable is set to 0.  Does anyone know why this might happen, what we might try to fix this?

It would be helpful to take a look at the drawing to see what's wrong. Can you please send a sample drawing to zhiyuan.su@autodesk.com for further look?
