Grips and UCS Symbol

Does anyone know how to turn off or disable the UCS symbol when it appears when you use grips to select object or items?

Hi Thanks,

The post talked about the View Cube area. This is not the problem I'm having. A seperate UCS icon appears when I use grips to select something. The ICON appear, exactly where i select.

Set the variable 'defaultgizmo' to value '3'.
