GOURAUD SHADE IN 2004DX

Hello All
I run P4 3.2GHZ 1GB ram ATI 800XT256MB card and XP.When I click on gouraud shade Autocad shuts down with fatal error.
???

What does the AMVER command report for your installation?

Do you get the crash report dialog? If so have you submitted a crash report
and included your email address in the appropriate field? If you can tell
me what address to look for I can try to locate the reports you have sent in
to see what might be going wrong.

Hello Mike,
I will let you know later today as this is on my system at home.
In regards to shutting down in 2004Dx it runs OK in straight 2004 activated from the same program menu.

The AMVER is 2004 DX SP2

For the 2004 DX release AMVER will report 2004 DX SP2.1 if you are current.
You are missing the hotfix available from the following location:
http://support.autodesk.com/getDoc.asp?id=DL4782466



After installing the hotfix, if you experience the crash please submit the
crash report and include your email address in the appropriate field.

I saw your report and have also sent you an email. The report indicates
that the crash is happening in your ATI video driver.
