Fatal Error suggests i close drawing

I have been having fatal errors while using power dimension. After the most recent one I went to open it again and it suggested that I close the drawing because there was an error found. Can someone please take a look at this dwg and let me know what's going on??

Use RECOVER command to open and fix the file: remember to PURGE then QSAVE afterwards.
If the file contains XREFs, exploring using RECOVERALL command instead.

I was able to use the backup file for that drawing. My main concern is all the fatal errors while using power dimension. I saw in another post a .NET Framework cleanup tool for unhandled exception errors. I was wondering if i should go ahead and use this. Not sure if it will help or not.
