Previously I don't have this problem everything works fine.
But recently I facing a problem with my tool pallet whenever I tried do any modification or any right click it is automatically closing showing the attached error.
I Reset the default setting still the same is continue..
Some once Please help me in this issue, I would be very kindfull.

In the mean time are you sending the crash reports in to Autodesk? and if so have you provided your email address with it?

Which version of AutoCAD Mechanical do you use ?
Did you try to reproduce the same with a different user login, preferably with admin rights ?
Can you send the crash error report to us by using the CER dialog shown in your screenshot. I will investigate using the email address displayed here.
