Custom Buttons

I have a question if some one can help. When AutoCAD 2006 came out I
created some custom buttons which would do various functions in one macro
string. Now that I'm using or trying to use AutoCAD Mechanical 2009 the
button craps out after a couple of commands in my macro but, when I type in
each command step by step from the command line everything works fine.

Thank you in advance

Paste a copy of the macro. This was a problem in 2008 also.

Here's the command macro, its suppose to pick anywhere on a line insert a
circle, trim inside the circle then insert a valve in the same exact
location. I've taken out the @ symbol in the macro and it just craps out at
the trim command. I've also gone the back way where I insert the valve
first then the circle but instead of 1 user interaction like the first way I
have 2 user interactions with the backdoor way.

*^C^C_select;single;nea;\^Pai_molc^P;@;-insert;PLUMBING_cirbrk;@;$M=$(GETVAR,userr2);;0;explode;l;draworder;L;;B;trim;p;;@;@;@;;erase;p;;ortho;on;-insert;PLUMBING_V;@;$M=$(GETVAR,userr2);;

Thanks for replying

At which command does the macro stop working exactly?

Nevermind, I should learn how to read your previous post.
