Bonus Menus??

I am working with AutoCAD 2006, and when working with previous versions there was a bonus EXPRESS menu that focused on layers (freezing, on/off, make current, etc.) Is there a separate download for this menu for 2006 (as it did not come with my company's package)??

The Express Tools do come with the software but must be selected during the
install. There's a slim chance they've been installed but haven't loaded
for some reason, typing "expressmenu" at the command line will help in that
case, I've seen that happen. Or try a repair install.
