AutoCAD Mechanical 2012 express tools

I recently installed Mechanical 2012. The Express tools were not loaded automatically so I went into the control panel, add/remove programs, add or remove features, and added the Express Tools. The Express tools are now load but only about half of them work. Any ideas?
