AutoCAD Mech 2014 Crash

Not sure what caused it but now whenever I open AutoCAD Mechanical it crashes within a few seconds giving me the following error message:

"FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0000 Exception at c1fe468fh"

It used to happen when checking files into the vault but now happens within a few seconds of starting up as I mentioned earlier. Any solutions?????

When you see the fatal error , did you send the error report by filling your email address and any reproducible steps that you can recall? If it happened to some certain drawing, you can send me email zhiyuan.su@autodesk.com?
