ACADM 2015 Cannot Use Hardware Acceleration

All,

I am working with someone who has an NVIDIA Quadro K4100.  According to what I can see from the Autodesk website and checking with Autodesk Help on Twitter, this video card should be certified as part of the K4000 family.  However, when the user turns on hardware acceleration, there are all sorts of lines that remain from the movement of the crosshairs.  With hardware acceleration turned off, things seem to work just fine.  The client had a slightly older driver version, so I had them install the version tested for AutoCAD, but it didn't seem to help at all.  Does anyone have any other recommendations?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.  Hope all is well and have a most blessed day!

Peace,
Pete

Just a guy on a couch...

Please give a kudos if helpful and mark as a solution if somehow I got it right.
